By registering in a course conducted by the Inflight Institute, you acknowledge, understand, and agree to be bound by the following Course Policies and Conditions of Use:

1.The course materials, including without limitation, the notes, exams, organization, website layout and other documentation are subject to copyright, with all associated rights owned by Inflight Innovations. You are prohibited from reproducing the course materials, in whole or in part, without the express written consent of Inflight Innovations.

2.(a) General Students (not requested to attend by a member airline) Once You have registered and have been accepted as a Student, you have 1 year from the date of Your Notice of Acceptance to complete the course in which You are registered. If You fail to complete the course within that period of time, Your student identification number will be deactivated and Your right to access to the course materials will be terminated.2.(b) Airline Students (Requested to attend by a member airline)Once You have registered and have been accepted as a Student, You have 90 days from the date of Your Notice of Acceptance to complete the course in which You are registered. If You fail to complete the course within that period of time OR Should You be unsuccessful in achieving a pass mark of 85% on an exam (including 1 re-write exam), Your student identification number will be deactivated and Your right to access to the course materials will be terminated.

3.Registration fees paid by You are non-refundable.

4.Courses offered by the Inflight Institute are based upon existing Canadian Aviation Regulations. While every reasonable effort has been made to maintain the currency of the course materials, the Inflight Institute does not represent or warrant that such course materials are complete or exhaustive. In accepting these Course Policies and Conditions of Use, You hereby release the Inflight Institute, its directors, officers, shareholders, employees and contractors from any and all liability that may be associated with the course materials and/or errors contained within such course materials.

5.While the course materials are used by airlines and aviation companies, your completion of any or all of the courses offered by the Inflight Institute does not guarantee that any of these companies will offer you a position with their company. While the Inflight Institute takes every reasonable precaution to ensure that its courses are electronically accessible for Your use 24 hours per day, You agree that no representations or warranties are offered to You in this regard. You further agree that the Inflight Institute is not responsible, in any manner, for any loss of data or information that You may incur as a result of Your accessing the course materials.

6. Privacy And Delivery Policies
Inflight Institute will does not share your personal info with anyone with the exception of potential employers. We do not store your credit card information on our server, nor do we ask for your credit card number on our server. Credit card number collection is via InternetSecure. Delivery of course is via the internet by way of this site.
